Just in time for the 34th season of ‘Dancing with the Stars’ to begin, co-host and celebrated dancer Julianne Hough has put behind her the sale of this stunning Hollywood Hills home.
Owned by Hough for the past 11 years, and transformed under her by renowned designer Jake Arnold, the 3,000-square-foot home listed in the spring for nearly $8 million and closed in early August for $6.35 million. According to a PR rep for The Agency, the deal set a record for price-per-square-foot in 90046 for 2025.
So, what does the mystery new owner have to look forward to? Besides the warm and eye-catching interiors, including a farmhouse-chic, green kitchen with a Lacanche range and a blissful primary suite interwoven with wood beams and brick, the outdoors beg for idyllic, California living. Trilling Landscape devised the grounds, which include multiple spots to dine alfresco or lounge amidst verdant greenery. Sloping into a hillside, the property also provides a pool and spa, a built-in BBQ station and wood-burning pizza oven, and a bocce ball court. An extra treat for fun inside, someone can sashay down to the lower level for parties in the custom screening room.
Brandon Piller and Joey Ben-Zvi of the Agency’s BZP Group represented the seller in the sale.
