It’s easy to dream about wanting to live in an HGTV-worthy home. Now, you actually can. That is, if you are willing to buy it for $6,450,000. Designer and builder Jasmine Roth, who stars on and hosts the channel’s “Help! I Wrecked My House” and “Hidden Potential,” is selling her Huntington Beach, CA residence.
Roth recently announced that she and her family are moving to Utah, where she has been working on homes for almost a decade. “Putting the ‘Roth Homestead’ up for sale is bittersweet,” the television star says. “It took me three years to build, and it’s been a place we’ve called home for over four years.” Since announcing that her home is up for sale, Roth has been sharing more about the listing to her 632,000 Instagram followers.
The airy, Cali-cool home was completed in 2020 and her family of three has lived there since. It totals 4,554 square feet with five bedrooms, four full bathrooms, and two half-baths. The home, rooted in neutral tones and clean lines, even has its own speakeasy, which opens up to the impressive backyard—because what’s a Southern California residence without an awesome outdoor living space? The backyard includes a swimming pool and spa, and a barbecue area. Plus, a roof deck allows for even more fun in the sun. And if that’s not enough, the lot is situated just blocks from the beach.
Kevin Via of Compass holds the dowtown Huntington Beach listing.
