According to Variety, the deal closed for slightly less than $4.5 million and it was a purchase made with his girlfriend, Kimberly Guilfoyle. With his father’s re-election campaign now kicking off and high-profile investigations always underway, perhaps this estate will serve as an occasional escape from Washington DC and the campaign trail.
