Donald Trump Jr. Buys a Shingle-Style Mansion in Bridgehampton

The eldest son of President Trump, Donald Trump Jr., has bought a Bridgehampton home just in time to make the most of the Hamptons season. According to Variety, the deal closed for slightly less than $4.5 million and it was a purchase made with his girlfriend, Kimberly Guilfoyle. With his father’s re-election campaign now kicking off and high-profile investigations always underway, perhaps this estate will serve as an occasional escape from Washington DC and the campaign trail.

Far different than the opulent Greenwich home where his father and mother once lived, this 9,200-square-foot home is airy and bright while still oozing luxury. The shingle-style home’s three floors offer seven bedrooms, eight full bathrooms, and three half baths. When political or personal guests arrive here, the spacious foyer and huge, double-height living room will impress them right away. An ideal gathering space for both formal parties and casual evenings in, this soaring room is the heart of the home.

Donald Jr. can step right out glass doors on the sprawling deck and take in views of his pool and the pond beyond.Down by the pool and spa, there is a covered loggia and plenty of room for arranging chic seating areas. Indoor/outdoor living will be easy breezy here, and since it offers everything anyone could ever need, Donald Jr. and his girlfriend cant stay away from the public eye when they’re in town.Susan Breitenbach at Corcoran had the Bridgehampton listing.
