Kim: Palm Beach is perfect and never changes with the times—it feels like living in an old movie. The charm, the architecture, and the timeless elegance make it such a special place.
Gail: I adore the elegance of Palm Beach. There’s a timeless charm to the place, with its beautiful architecture, lush gardens, and the warmth of the community.
What are you most looking forward to this winter season in Florida?
Kim: I’m excited to escape the cold in New York and spend more time outdoors in Palm Beach. I’m also looking forward to hosting more podcast-related events and meeting more of our listeners.
Gail: I’m looking forward to the social gatherings and spending quality time with family. There’s nothing like Palm Beach during the winter season—so much to do, and the weather is perfect.
How do you keep yourself occupied on flights between New York and Palm Beach?
Kim: I usually catch up on podcast editing or brainstorming ideas for new episodes.
Gail: I enjoy watching a movie on flights—it’s a nice way to relax and pass the time.
How would you each describe your interior design tastes? What are you drawn towards?
Kim: My taste is a mix of modern and classic. I’m drawn to clean lines, neutral colors, and subtle elegance. I love incorporating pieces with history or that have a sentimental value, but I also like a fresh, contemporary feel.
Gail: My style leans towards traditional with a touch of glam. I love rich fabrics, classic furniture, and anything that feels luxurious and comfortable. I’m also drawn to pieces that tell a story.
Do you have a favorite room in your Palm Beach home?
Kim: My favorite room is the one with the ocean view. There’s something so calming about looking out at the water; it’s the perfect space to relax and clear my mind.
Gail: The living room is my favorite. It’s where we entertain guests, and it’s filled with beautiful memories from over the years. It’s elegant yet cozy, and I love the way the room comes to life during gatherings.
What’s the best way to meet people in Palm Beach?
Kim: Being active in the community is key. Whether it’s through social events, joining clubs, or attending charity functions, there’s always an opportunity to meet new people. Also, networking through mutual friends works wonders.
Gail: Join a local church or synagogue and participate in community events. It’s a wonderful way to integrate into the Palm Beach social scene and meet new friends
What is your ideal Palm Beach date night?
Kim: A perfect date night would start with a sunset stroll on the beach, followed by dinner at a charming restaurant, and maybe a late-night cocktail at Le Bilboquet or Carriage House.
Gail: I’d start with a lovely dinner at BrickTop’s or Bice, followed by a stroll through the town’s quiet streets.

Kim: Skinny Dip and Lingua Franca on Royal Poinciana are my favorite stores.
Gail: I love shopping at Stubbs and Wootton on Worth Ave. Their shoes are so distinctive and classic, and they embody the Palm Beach lifestyle.

Kim: The Breakers is iconic. It has a rich history, and the luxury and service are unmatched. Plus, it’s a great place for a weekend staycation.
