Originally listing the property for $2.695 million, Cobain has reportedly sold the Spanish-style abode for $2.3 million according to Variety.Built in 1930, the vintage house is brimming with details that reference it’s long-standing past. Elaborate, colorful tiling adorns the staircase and bathrooms, while stained glass and intricate hardware showcase the period in which the house was conceived. Four bedrooms and four bathrooms lie within the 3,357-square-feet of interior space and offers ample room for guests.
