But, between traveling tons for business and newly making Miami his primary residence, Eklund has kicked the listing up a notch. Now, someone can either rent his gorgeous Beverly Hills property for $50,000/month or take it off his hands completely for $11 million.

When they picked up the house, Eklund and his husband, Derek Kaplan, brought in acclaimed designer Paris Forino to help with their multi-million dollar renovation. Marcy Roth of Douglas Elliman, who a PR rep shared is Eklund’s “work wife and indisputable other half in CA,” represents the listing along with Alex Vichinsky. Roth commented that the homeowners would be just as happy to lease it out as to sell it at this point in time.
