Freedom Mortgage CEO Seeks $60M for Fashion-Forward Oceanfront Estate in South Florida

The South Florida market is hot, especially when it comes to ultra-luxury estates. There have been some huge listings this year, from Fox News host Sean Hannity’s Manalapan mansion to an investor’s Bermuda-style West Palm Beach home. Plus, a $76 million Palm Beach property recently went into contract. Now, the CEO of Freedom Mortgage is contributing to this sunny market’s glitz and glamour. Stanley Middleman and his wife, Roslyn, just listed their lavish oceanfront contemporary in Ocean Ridge, hoping to reel in $60 million.

For such a staggering price, the gated 1.5-acre estate offers 158 feet of ocean frontage and a fully-furnished, 10,520-square-foot mansion oozing sleek coastal luxury. Designed by Mark Timothy, Affiniti Architects, and Marc-Michaels Interior Design, the five-bedroom residence has a bright open floor plan and a constant flow to the outdoors—a must when you have a lot and location like this. In terms of the finishes and decor, the interiors stick to neutral and blue tones in line with the beachy surroundings, but use scale, texture, and metallic accents to bring a strong wow factor. Sparkling light fixtures and ample glass ensure something is always glistening along with the gorgeous ocean and pool views.

The sellers purchased the property in 2018, paying $19.9 million for it, and are now seeking triple that. They added a waterfront tiki hut, but otherwise have not made substantial changes. This confident price increase shows just how coveted South Florida’s coastline has become, but the fact the estate will be delivered completely furnished is also a clear contributing factor.
