Gwen Stefani has been seeking a buyer for her home since 2016, but the popstar is buckling down now to get a Sweet Escape from her Beverly Hills megamansion. After already slashing $6 million from the original price tag back in April 2018, Stefani just took off another $4 million putting the asking price at $24.9 million.Nicknamed “The Summit,” Stefani and ex-husband, rocker Gavin Rossdale bought the two-acre estate back in 2006. The 15,018-square-foot property consists of two-homes, gated in with a 250-foot driveway that leads to the main residency. The main home features seven bedrooms and 10 bathrooms featuring elements of Stefani’s bold style throughout the home with unique stone and marble patterns walling the closets and living spaces, designed by Kelly Wearstler.The second building holds a 1,500-square-foot-gym with a message area and sauna.
