There were lines along the block in both directions as patrons queued up to enter the Park Avenue Armory for the opening champagne reception of the IFPDA Print Fair called “the most important print fair in the world!”
From around the globe, 75 galleries, private dealers, and fine art print studios have brought works spanning nearly six centuries including a special site-specific piece commissioned for the event by the Jordan Schnitzer Family Foundation. “L’espace entre les deux” (2025), comprises two rooms where all the elements—floor, plants, furnishings—are created from prints, collage, and cast pulp paper.
Sponsored by the International Fine Print Dealers Association IFPDA and IFPDA Foundation, the Print Fair runs through Sunday afternoon. Here’s a sampling of works you might encounter.
