In the living room, small-scale works by David Reed, Paul Lee, Ray Johnson and other Heilmann contemporaries hang next to a collage of “return to sender” envelopes by John Waters.
Heilmann’s handmade ceramics comfortably coexist with vintage flea-market finds.

The large canvas in the master bedroom is by artist Hermine Ford. The vintage Marimekko sheets were handed down from Heilmann’s mother; Heilmann made the vase and the small painting.
The “book room” includes tables by Heilmann and a work by Eva Faye.
