With his wedding to Game of Thrones star Sophie Turner on the distant horizon, pop singer and former-teen heartthrob Joe Jonas has listed his L.A. residence for $4.25 million. Best known as the lead singer of the disbanded Jonas Brothers, Joe now fronts “Cake By the Ocean” hitmaker DNCE and coaches on the Australian edition of The Voice. It looks like he’s ready to trade in his Sherman Oaks bachelor pad for a New York love nest since Variety reports Jonas was recently spotted apartment hunting with his fiancé in Greenwich Village. The boy band veteran purchased the house brand new in 2016 for $3.7 million, gaining 5,600-square-feet of living space, four bedrooms, and six bathrooms. Described as a “luxury farmhouse” by listing agent Carl Gambino, the home boasts Calcutta marble slabs and Subzero appliances in the kitchen and bathrooms, and a home theater. The master suite is privately perched on the home’s upper level, and offers a fireplace, walk-in-closet, and views of the extra-long pool via a private terrace.A beautifully landscaped lawn spreads across the lot while high hedges around the perimeter offer the utmost privacy from prying neighbors. Watching over the pool is a negative edge spa flanked by olive trees, and a structure just beyond doubles as a pool and guesthouse.Joe isn’t the only Jonas brother making moves in real estate; his brother Kevin listed his New Jersey mansion back in February.
