Jon Bon Jovi’s Old SoHo Apartment Is Back on the Market for $38M

The current owner of Jon Bon Jovi’s old Mercer Street penthouse is not holding on to what he’s got: he has listed the place with Brown Harris Stevens agent C Graham Uffelman for $38M. The Observer reports that the current owner bought the 7,452-square-foot duplex from Bon Jovi for $34M less than two years ago, after it sat on the market for two years before that. No new photos accompany the new listing, so it’s unclear whether there have been any major upgrades, but photos from the original listing, held by Compass’s Leonard Steinberg, provide a glimpse of the residence’s luxury. The lower level houses a massive great room with a wood-burning fireplace, a top-of-the-line chef’s kitchen and a master bedroom suite with 11’ ceilings. A gracious staircase leads to the upper level, where there is a glass-encased living room and a second kitchen and dining room for more formal entertaining. A screening room, gym, roof top terrace and five additional en-suite bedrooms complete the home.
