Kendall Jenner is ready to part with her first apartment, a 2-bedroom condo at the luxe Wilshire high-rise in Westwood. Jenner bought the unit in 2014 for $1.39M and has listed it for $1.6M with Coldwell Banker’s Joyce Rey.
The 2,068-square-foot corner residence “feels like a garden home,” according to the listing, because of its airy open floor plan and wraparound views of greenery and the LA skyline. It features high ceilings and hardwood floors throughout as well as a designer outfitted kitchen with Sub-Zero and Viking appliances. The master suite comes complete with a spacious walk-in closet and luxurious master bathroom.
Although she is just getting around to listing this apartment, which the Observer reported, Jenner has already upgraded to new digs. The model paid $6.5M for Emily Blunt and John Krasinski’s 4,800-square-foot modern home in West Hollywood last year.
