Billionaire reality TV star and beauty mogul Kylie Jenner, who is also controversially the new face of Meta glasses, is getting serious about selling her lavish mansion in Holmby Hills.
The brutalist modern, which balances glamour and minimalist, clean design principles, first came to market in late 2025 for $48 million and just relisted for $38.5 million. Public records show that it last changed hands in 2020 for $36.5 million, so this would still leave her with a slight proft. Not that Jenner needs to count pennies, or millions, too closely.
Set behind 12-foot-tall gates and perimeter walls, plus positioned with a guard house, the property is a fortress of privacy. What else would you expect from one of the most high profile celebrities in L.A.? Ginger Glass of Compass, who declined to comment, holds the listing. Jenner and her ex, rapper Travis Scott, also tried to sell a Beverly Hills home for $20 million a few years ago.
