Actress Lake Bell and her husband, tattoo artist Scott Campbell, will try a new asking price for their historic Clinton Hill townhouse, reports Curbed. The couple originally wanted $3M for the home, then chopped the price to $2.55M in November, and will now try their luck with a $2.3M price tag on the 4-story apartment.
Along with the new list price came some new listing photos, which show the preserved original details including 4 wood burning, marble-mantled fireplaces, wainscoting, tin ceilings, ornate moldings, exposed brick and wood beamed ceilings. The 6-bedroom, 4-bathroom residence can be used as a two-family, but is currently configured as a sprawling single-family with an open gourmet kitchen, grand living room and sun-drenched loft-style fourth floor with soaring ceilings and two skylights.
