Leonardo DiCaprio Looks to Rent Out His Beverly Hills Flats House for $32,500/Month

Renting in L.A. just got a bit more glamorous, that is, for whoever scoops this house recently made available. Your landlord would be none other than movie star Leonardo DiCaprio, though it’s unlikely he’ll be stopping by to fix a leaky pipe. Still, to live in this chic Beverly Hills Flats home the actor acquired in December of 2021 would be quite the conversation starter. A pricey one at that, costing $32,500 per month.

Like many celebrities, DiCaprio seems to have been bitten by the real estate bug. He purchased this renovated circa-1936 for $9.9 million, according to Mansion Global, and is now ready to watch it flourish as a rental. The listing with Brett Lawyer of Hilton & Hyland states it is “remodeled, furnished, and available immediately.”

You can see the thought that was put into its transformation, with highlights including the kitchen and bathroom stone choices, huge closets, and dramatic black-framed windows and doors. In total, it offers 4,671 square feet of interiors, four bedrooms, and six baths, as well as a breezy backyard with a pool.

This is far from the first historic property the celeb has held. Gravitating toward properties with Old World charm and contemporary twists, DiCaprio just sold a 1920s Los Feliz house the musician Moby previously revamped in March. Way back in 1999, he also snagged a circa-1931 Spanish-style stunner in Silver Lake for a family member to live in, which he sold in 2018.

With something always in the works, let’s see what moves the Wolf of L.A. Real Estate makes next.
