Like his fictional alter ego in the hit TV show Louie, Louis C.K. is a fan of the West Village. The comedian already owns several apartments there and the NY Post reports that he has just picked up another, shelling out $2.45M for it. His new space spans 1,300 square feet in the John Adams co-op and features wall-to-wall windows, a gracious foyer, a loft-like entertaining space and two bedroom suites. There is also a bonus home office space as well as a laundry room, a rare commodity among New York City apartments. The apartment was last listed at $2.395M with Halstead’s Cheryl Daly.
