After recently listing the very unit where he was fired from NBC at a $7.3 million price point, Lauer is already on his way to selling it as the 11-room boutique co-op is now in contract for just over $7 million. This is a change for Lauer, who as of late has been having a tough time in the real estate game. He recently lowered the asking price of his expansive Hamptons estate and has had problems with his New Zealand property.Although he has found a buyer less than a month after listing the residence, the deal is not set in stone yet.
