Meghan Trainor is not just “All About That Bass,” she’s also apparently about making savvy real estate moves. The singer and her actor-husband, Daryl Sabara, are currently selling an Encino contemporary for $11,995,000.
The couple bought the home in 2020 for $6.6 million from rapper TMG Fresh, according to Robb Report. Time will tell if another musician will spot it—after all, it is practically begging for a musically-inclined owner with its professional-grade recording studio on the lower level. This floor is also setup ideally for welcoming an entourage or late-night creative seshes with its miniature kitchen, bathroom, and separate entrance.
Besides these unique features, the 14,165-square-foot oasis totals six bedrooms and eight bathrooms. The primary bedroom boasts a fireplace, walk-in closets, a spa-like bathroom, and a private terrace. In true California fashion, the property is well-suited for outdoor living. A covered patio allows for al fresco dining, the brand-new pool and spa feature a waterfall and waterslide.
