Dropping $12.51 million on it in May 2022, Jordan has put it on the market just eight months later for $12.998 million.
Whether Jordan intended it as a flip/investment property from the start or simply changed his mind since picking it up remains to be seen. However, listing agent Andrew Mortaza of The Agency did tell Mansion Global that the seller spent roughly $500,000 upgrading the property’s security and air conditioning systems. Little seems to have changed with the home’s style, which is modern, contemporary, open, and fresh.
