Music Mogul Sells Super-Mod Manhattan Condo for $5.7M

Rapper, producer and entrepreneur Sean “Diddy” Combs has finally found a buyer for his 66th-floor condo in Midtown’s Park Imperial after putting it on the market 4 years ago. The 2,300-square-foot pad originally asked $8.5M when it was first listed in 2012, but the price was reduced several times, most recently seeking $6.5M. Sources with knowledge of the transaction told Mansion Global that the sale price was $5.7M in cash.

Formerly configured as a 3-bedroom, the apartment underwent a major renovation and now features 2 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and plenty of entertaining spaces. According to the listing, the modern interiors are the work of New York-based architecture and interior design firm Skidmore, Owings & Merrill and feature wide plank wood floors, professional-grade kitchen appliances and custom cream finishes in the master bathroom. Douglas Elliman’s Whitney Didier and Stephanie Subervi were the listing agents.
