Nantucket by Design, the Nantucket Historical Association’s annual celebration of design, history, and craftsmanship, returned July 13–16 with this year’s theme, Etched in Time: Signature Design Stories. Co-chaired by Marla Mullen and Bill Richards, the four-day event featured an inspiring lineup of keynote conversations, panel discussions, master classes, designer home tours, and special luncheons and evening gatherings celebrating the enduring influence of architecture, interiors, landscape, and the decorative arts.
