NBA Superstar Jimmy Butler Reportedly Just Started Renting This Miami Mansion for $70K/Month

Lately, there’s been a lot of buzz about NBA star guard, Jimmy Butler. Trade rumors are swirling around the basketball world, speculating that Butler, who has played for the Miami Heat since 2019, may be leaving the team. If Butler’s recent real estate playbook means anything, perhaps his recent moves will tip-off basketball fans.

Over the summer, Butler sold his South Miami home for $8.3 million, according to The Real Deal. However, he is now reportedly laying-up more than $70,000 per month to reside in this waterfront mansion, as per The Real Deal. The exact amount Butler is paying in rent is unknown, but the property was originally seeking $95,000 monthly. The listing page shares that the property is rented through the end of April. Should Butler remain on the Miami-based team and want to stay at this Hibiscus Island home, the ball is truly in his court. The residence is listed for sale for $30 million.

The spread boasts 125 feet of water frontage, a dock with a boat lift, a swimming pool, and views of the city’s skyline. The 6,090-square-foot Mediterranean-style home includes five bedrooms, five full bedrooms, and two half-baths. The exclusive island is fit for a celebrity. It includes police presence and security. Plus, a playground, tennis court, and of course, a basketball court.
