A couple weeks ago, the real estate world was buzzing with reports that Keith Urban was buying Nicole Kidman a $39 million New York townhouse. Since then, the power couple has quashed the claim, confirming that they are not planning on making any such purchase.The Nashville residents didn’t skip a real estate beat, however, and just listed their Franklin, Tennessee estate for $3.45 million. Located about thirty minutes outside of Nashville, the two-parcel property clocks in at almost 36 acres with the main house only taking up 5,086-square-feet.Serene and private, the rural spread is gated and filled with perfect climbing trees. The four-bedroom main residence has a redbrick exterior and offers a surprisingly modern open floor plan inside. A large master suite occupies the top floor, boasting a luxurious bathroom and massive walk-in closet. Close to the main home, a small cottage offers additional room for guests.Although the couple is leaving Franklin, it appears they won’t be leaving Tennessee. According to Variety, the recent Golden Globes nominee and her country-singer husband still have their Nashville mansion, which boasts over 12,000 feet of square footage.
