A work of art in itself, famed Paris-native interior designer Jean-Louis Deniot‘s Hollywood Hills home is a sight to behold. Now that he has decided to part ways with it, the unparalleled and beautifully reimagined Tudor is up for grabs. After transforming all the interiors and creating elaborate gardens, the circa-1936 property has a fascinating blend of timeless and forward-thinking elements, giving a glimpse of Deniot’s unique personal style.
Surprisingly, the garden is a big focus of the property despite Deniot’s renowned interior talents. The designer collaborated with renowned landscape designer Scott Shrader. Stunning city views of LA can be admired from all outdoor lounging areas, which are framed by meticulously manicured gardens and paths that harken to Europe. Hosting guests here is ultra-luxurious next to a statement-making outdoor fireplace and alfresco dining area.
From the lovely outdoors, enter the brilliant interiors through French doors or the private terrace off of the master suite. Signature to a California-cool style yet enhanced with plenty of upscale twists, the design plays on a blend of eclectic and modern details. Rich, dark oak plank flooring and white walls create a gorgeous contrast that will make an impact on any onlooking buyers.
The historic home revamped for high-style living includes three bedrooms and three bathrooms across 2,715-square-feet. It is currently listed for $5.8 million with Andrew Rhoda of Compass.
