You’ve seen his iconic aerial images of popular beaches, ski resorts, cities around the world, and now you can see (and even buy) his home. It comes as no surprise that photographer Gray Malin has a great eye, and his own L.A. residence is no exception. Malin designed this Pacific Palisades haven himself and it is now on the market priced at $12,250,000.
The interiors of this modern farmhouse are infused with hues often appearing in Malin’s beachy photographs: Light blues and sandy neutrals. “I try to create spaces that feel like you’re on a vacation. Each room invites you to escape to a new destination,” Malin said of the property in a 2024 interview with Better Homes & Gardens. “You could be in the Hamptons or you could be on Nantucket, but you’re actually in a canyon by a beach in L.A.”
