Trump Revocable Trust, of which the president is the sole beneficiary, owns the apartment and it has been previously listed multiple times asking $45M in 2008, $51M after a renovation and ultimately $35M in March 2016 when the listing was removed. According to marketing materials, the opulent space has 4 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms as well as private terraces, a vaulted great room, a library and a chef’s kitchen.
