Ricky Paull Goldin and Gretta Monahan know a thing or two about being on screen. But also, good style and design. The television personalities-turned-developers flipped an in-town Sag Harbor home, and it is now on the market for $5,200,000.
Goldin—a TV actor, founder of Goldin Luxury Homes, and frequent face on HGTV—and Monahan—a TV personality, lifestyle expert, and high-end boutique and spa founder—have a knack for making things beautiful and did just that with this charming Hamptons house. The Greek Revival home dates back to the 1840s, but it has been completely redone and restored with today’s living in mind.
According to the NY Post, the couple purchased it in 2022. Goldin told the publication, “It was so sad. All of the beautiful woodwork inside was destroyed. We were able to buy the home for $1.45 million because it was in a terrible state of disrepair.”
Seeing it now, you could hardly imagine the dwelling that way. Across its 5,000 square feet, there are six bedrooms, six bathrooms, and one half-bath. The turnkey residence boasts a chef’s kitchen, bright living spaces, and a gunite swimming pool, with a wall of glass doors bridging the indoor and outdoor spaces. Other chic updates include the black casement windows contrasting the white facade, spa-worthy showers with stunning stone, and a variety of refined light fixtures in line with the coastal location. All furnishings pictured are also available for purchase.
This isn’t the only Hamptons real estate project the couple has completed lately. They also flipped a home in Southampton, and another in Sag Harbor. Nicole and Zachary Tunick of Douglas Elliman hold the Division Street listing.
