Former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member and mother to in-demand supermodels Gigi and Bella Hadid, Yolanda Hadid, has listed her Los Angeles bachelorette pad for $4.995M, reports Variety. Hadid bought the home just over a year ago, but perhaps she is ready to join her children in New York City. According to the listing, held by The Agency’s Marci Kays, the 3-bedroom, 4-bathroom home recently underwent an extensive, no-expenses-spared custom renovation. The residence is accessed via a private elevator and features a chef’s kitchen with Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, rare onyx and granite-wrapped bathrooms and a “department store worthy” master closet. Walls of glass take in the city views and the apartment also comes with three deeded parking spaces.
