The iconic Double Diamond house is available to rent this summer, reports Luxury Listings, who declared it “the world’s most interesting pool house.” The unique modernist structure was built in 1958 by architect Andrew Geller and recently got an IDA-winning restoration from architecture firm COOKFOX, who also added a second structure to the property that now serves as the main residence. The new house boasts a sprawling open floor plan and custom details including a designer kitchen by Henrybuilt and a glass-and-wood façade that looks out over the ocean. The Double Diamond structure offers 600 square feet of additional entertaining space and another full kitchen. Brown Harris Stevens’ Lauren A. Battista has the listing, which is asking $250K for a Memorial Day-Labor Day rental.
