‘RHOBH’ Star’s Luxurious Bel Air Estate Hits the Market for $9M

Over the years, many of Bravo’s Real Housewives have listed the homes that appear on their shows in dramatic scenes of confrontations, tears, or meticulously-planned theme parties. When they make these real estate moves, fans get a closer look at luxurious their digs. For example, there’s been the chance to see Whitney Rose and Angie Katsanevas‘ Salt Lake City properties, Luann de Lesseps’ Hamptons retreat, and Kyle Richards’ Aspen ski house.

Now, you can also explore Sutton Stracke’s fabulous Bel Air home that sits on a “Main Road,” as her castmate Dorit Kemsley once insultingly pointed out. It just listed for $8.995 million, emphasizing how undeniably large Stracke’s wallet is.

Tucked behind hedges and gates, the circa-1938 home has a charming, traditional exterior that harkens to the RHOBH star’s Southern roots. Its white Georgian facade with dark shutters is framed by enchanting landscaping and beckons for afternoons sipping sweet tea on the long, upper balcony. Stepping inside, you can see the fruit of a recent multimillion-dollar renovation. Stracke completely remodeled the primary suite closet—no doubt to hold all her couture pieces—as well as the kitchen and living spaces, ultimately moving in in 2021. While this was all in-progress, she rented Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky’s Bel-Air house nearby.

However, as life changes so have her plans. With her children all out of the house now, Stracke is planning to spend more time in New York City and South Carolina. Last year, she spoke with Bravo about plans to buy a beach house in the Charleston area.

Beyond the Real Housewives legacy this dreamy property holds, it also once belonged to late Lakers owner, Jerry Buss. With a pool, tennis court, multiple terraces, and 4,723 square feet of interiors for hosting, you can see why well-to-do figures with vibrant social lives would want to make it their L.A. home base.

Josh Flagg of Compass, another Bravo veteran known for Million Dollar Listing LA, holds the listing.
