RHOC’s Heather and Terry Dubrow Seek $25M for Their Historic, Ultra-Private Beverly Hills Estate

In recent years, Bravos’ Real Housewives franchises and cast members have had a common topic of conversation no matter which city they are filming in: Who is actually ultra-wealthy and who is putting on a facade? While rumors and accusations fly about who returns designer dresses or rents cars, one person who doesn’t come under fire with such claims is Real Housewives of Orange County star Heather Dubrow and her husband, plastic surgeon Terry Dubrow.

Throughout their time on reality TV, the couple has had a champagne and caviar lifestyle and lavish properties to match. This Beverly Hills property they picked up in summer of 2023 is recent proof of their spending power, although they are ready to part with it now just two years later. For both Bravo fans and high-net-worth individuals looking for special opportunities in L.A., the duo’s expansive estate, listed for $25 million, may be of particular interest.

Spanning over six acres atop a promontory in the legendary 90210 zip code, the property is an ultra-private retreat in one of the city’s most iconic locations. According to Robb Report, they shelled out $16.1 million for it and purchased it from the estate of late filmmaker Martha De Laurentiis and late producer Dino De Laurentiis. Other previous owners in the 20th century include restaurateur Steve Cran and famous author Harold Robbins.

Built in 1946, the nearly 9,000-square-foot home has no-doubt had a prestigious story so far, and the Dubrows added to its allure. They executed a careful redesign, giving the home a bright and contemporary feel while maintaining its charm. Of course, the sweeping city views and secluded location far from prying eyes remain unchanged, and will always supply this Beverly Hills residence with timeless appeal.

Josh Altman of Douglas Elliman and Josh Flagg of Compass share the pricey listing.
