When buyers didn’t flock, they took it off the market and relisted it in April 2017 for $12.23 million and once more in October 2017 for $11.995 million. With a few painstaking price reductions, the stylish spread is now in contract for an undisclosed amount. However, since the listing last showed the price tag as $9.95 million, it’s safe the say Richards will take a loss.Located in a stunning, 1929-built Art-Deco building, it’s really a mystery why this spacious four-bedroom, four-bathroom unit languished so long on the market.
