Fresh off of another Emmy Award win for his work as host of RuPaul’s Drag Race, the drag icon and singer just sashayed his way into a new Beverly Hills mansion. Dropping a cool $13.7 million on the grandiose residence, RuPaul even got a deal since the asking price was last seen on the listing as $16.425 million.Although a runway does not seem to have come preinstalled, RuPaul will have no trouble finding space for one should he so desire. Plus, the marble staircase and romantic balconies are poised to be the backdrop of many show-stopping party moments, not that RuPaul needs help making a fabulous entrance.RuPaul’s splashy purchase comes just three months after he listed a groovy midcentury modern on the Sunset Strip for $5 million. This new home is a palace in comparison to that more modest spread, offering five times the glamour and five times the square footage.Myra Nourmand and Michael Nourmand of Nourmand & Associates had the lavish listing while Michael Libow of Compass represented RuPaul.
