After listing the property for $6.5 million in 2019, the actress has finally sold it for $4.175 million.
Made up of a 3,360-square-foot main house that brings to mind Nights in Rodanthe and a 2,848-square-foot guesthouse for visitors to retreat to, it’s a slice of southern paradise. At the star home, there is private gated beach access, a half-basketball court, a plethora of screened-in porches, and a dazzling pool.
