The chance to live like royalty has arrived. The estate was first listed about a year ago for $9.5 million, according to Variety, but the property got not bites. This time around, the princess is crowning the property with a $7.995 million price tag.
Verdant landscaping and a fountain welcome potential buyers onto the property. As soon as the grand front doors open, they will be greeted with a flood of natural light. Brimming with a mix of modern and rustic style, bright white walls contrast the dark wood floors throughout and balance wooden beamed ceiling in the dining room. The spacious 7,648-square-feet home has plenty of space for entertaining both indoors and outdoors. Especially since pocket doors open the living room completely to the patio.
The owner isn’t the only regal part of this estate. The library features a ruby red carpet and the backyard mirrors a private, tropical oasis, complete with a pool and sport court. Attached to the master suite is a covered, oversized balcony that overlooks the lush property. With four additional bedrooms, it isn’t quite the size of the princess’s Saudi Arabia spread, which has 25 bedrooms in total, but shines with sleek and subdued majesty.
