Howard Schultz, the CEO of Starbucks, dropped $40M on the sprawling penthouse of ultra-luxe condo complex The Greenwich Lane, reports The Real Deal. His new venti-sized residence spans 5,587 square feet, spread over the 16th and 17th floors of the building and offers western and eastern views of the Manhattan skyline out of floor-to-ceiling windows. The apartment is accessed via a private elevator that opens to a light-filled gallery and family room. The lower level houses the impressive master suite, which feaures a private terrace, his-and-hers walk-in closets and an elegantly appointed master bathroom.
