The dining table, from Lennegan & Marantz, was made from reclaimed wood and glass; Pescod found the chairs at the Clignancourt flea market in Paris. The twig chandelier is from Laurin Copen Antiques.

Aside from the tower, the house’s design is relatively low-slung, with all rooms oriented toward views of the water.
Adirondack chairs await the sunset over Wooley Pond and Little Peconic Bay beyond.
