A Tech Mogul and a Professional Dancer Just Dropped $40M on This Swanky Waterfront Miami Modern

Just last month, professional dancer Marcella Raneri and founder of HITRUST Daniel Nutkis celebrated their engagement with a flashy celebration in Dallas. Now, the pair seem to have bought themselves a engagement gift as they embark on this new chapter: A striking Miami modern in the city’s coveted North Bay neighborhood. Shelling out a whopping $40 million for it, the duo are even planning to spend millions more customizing the property to their taste, per the New York Post.

So, who are these well-to-do buyers? Raneri came to fame as a professional dancer for the Dallas Mavericks, but further cemented her talents and on-screen presence on “So You Think You Can Dance” and Netflix reality show “Dancing Queen.” Nutkis is the founder and CEO of tech company HITRUST, which he created back in 2007. Together, their net worth seems to be very healthy. This Miami mansion isn’t the only lavish real estate transaction the couple have made recently, as they also just purchased a $36.5 million pad in New York City, according to the NY Post.

“This sale is another strong indicator of the continued strength of Miami Beach’s ultra-luxury market, where quality inventory is increasingly scarce, especially in prime locations like North Bay Road,” said listing agent Chad Carroll, who represented both sides of the transaction. The swanky home spans almost 9,500 square feet and offers sweeping views of the bay and downtown. Designed by Ralph Choeff of Choeff Levy Fishman, it features ample indoor and outdoor living spaces, including a huge pool and spa. Holding six bedrooms, seven bathrooms and an additional bedroom in a guest house, there’s more than enough space for the couple’s level of entertaining. Troy Dean Home, a long-time friend of Nutkis, will lead their renovations here.
