This year, after eight years in the #1 spot, Atherton, CA has been dethroned by another swanky, coastal zip code: Fisher’s Island in Miami Beach. The new top dog climbed from #4 last year and its median sale price nearly doubled, showing just how strong luxury real estate in Miami is currently.
