French musician, singer, composer, and record producer Sebastien Izambard has listed the 4-acre property he shares with his young family for $12.95 million. The Agengy’s Santiago Arana has the listing.
It comes as no surprise that the home is a haven of light and romance.
The Il Divo singer’s wife Renee, who is both an artist and interior designer, oversaw a two-year renovation that transformed what the couple first deemed a “fixer-upper” into a modern farmhouse compete with main house and two detached guest houses.

According to the Wall Street Journal, the couple took up residence in the guest house while renovating the main house, a process that involved changing “everything”.
European flea market finds now fill the 5,400-square foot space, which is defined by cathedral-style ceilings and sweeping ocean views. The main living area welcomes guests with an open floor plan. The bright white kitchen includes a sprawling center island that signals the couple’s love of both family and entertaining. “It’s all about connection,” Mrs. Izambard told the Journal. “I wanted it to be about family and community spaces.”
