The Shotgun House From ‘Fixer Upper’ Is on the Market for $1M

Fans of HGTV’s Fixer Upper will recognize Season 3’s Shotgun House, which is now available for $950k with Briggs Freeman’s Jennifer Roberts and Pete Ryan. The current owners purchased the house for just $28k before it underwent the Fixer Upper treatment and have been using it as a short-term rental property with a nightly rate of $325.

The 1,050-square-foot, 1-bedroom house comes fully furnished and features 25’ vaulted ceilings, granite counter tops and a retro-chic Smeg refrigerator. The listing touts its great location near The Magnolia Market at The Silos (a landmark familiar to Fixer Upper fanatics) and Baylor University’s McLane Stadium.
