The Trump brothers (Eric and Donald Jr.) reportedly purchased their Aunt, Maryanne Trump Barry’s Palm Beach home. According to reports from the South Florida Business Journal, the 10,455-square-foot oceanfront mansion was sold for $18.5 million to an LLC managed by Eric and Donald Jr. Trump.Built in 1956 and renovated in 1995, the home is located right on the beach where numerous rooms face these stellar ocean views, including a spacious patio and outdoor pool. The interior of the home, which includes five bedrooms, eight bathrooms, three half-bathrooms, features traditional design elements and spacious rooms.The waterfront home has been on the market since last December and orginialy purchased 2004 for $11.5 million. Barry Trump would be making a sizable profit—whether the sale is from her nephews or not.Christian Angle of Christian Angle Real Estate was reportedly the listing agent.
