Key takeaways? Mexico retains its #1 position as the most popular home-buying location. Point2 finds that the U.S. homebuyer most frequently searching for property in Mexico is a man aged 25 to 44. Turks and Caicos provided the biggest surprise, however. From 2022 measurements, it had the most significant spike in interest from American homebuyers, with real estate-related searches climbing by 75% compared to last year.
