Tommy Hilfiger Relists His Grand Waterfront Villa in Palm Beach

Looking for a fashionable Florida mansion? Tommy Hilfiger can help. The designer just relisted his Palm Beach villa for a whopping $35.9 million. However, that’s still not as much as the $39.7 million Hilfiger first asked last year, according to Mansion Global, before lowering the price to $37.9 million. Perhaps this new price will draw in the right buyer just in time for them to become a Florida snowbird for the winter.

With its catwalk-like dock and Mediterranean style, the grandiose property offers a striking collection of perks. Starting with the lush exterior, highlights include a large courtyard with outdoor fireplace, a columned loggia with sweeping vistas, a full alfresco kitchen, and dreamy pool paradise flanked with verdant landscaping. Lake Trail access is also a plus. Wherever you wander, you definitely don’t have to look far here to find a dreamy backdrop.

Of course, the impressive scenery continues into the 6,175-square-foot home, which the designer and his wife, Dee Ocleppo, renovated with the help of Martyn Lawrence Bullard. Arched doorways, stately columns, a formal living room with cypress ceilings and a coral stone fireplace, and a primary suite with two balconies all exude polish. Tying in contemporary elements as well, every inch of the home is poised for glamorous Palm Beach living. And, really, would one expect anything else from Hilfiger?

The home has five bedrooms in total and a myriad of spots for hosting the who’s who of Palm Beach and beyond. Hilfiger has seen a string of successful sales in recent years, from Connecticut to Colorado. This one may soon follow the trend with its price adjustment. Christian Angle of Christian Angle Real Estate holds the listing.
