Trevor Noah’s Stylish Hell’s Kitchen Penthouse Finds a Buyer

Trevor Noah’s Manhattan penthouse is on its way to closing after listing last fall for $12.95 million. The comedian and former host of The Daily Show put the fashionable pad on the market shortly after he announced that he was making his exit from the show. Now, he’s very close to parting with it. The listing, last seen priced at $10.995 million, now indicates that a contract has been signed.

The Daily Show has yet to announce a replacement for Noah, according to Variety. The television veteran started at The Daily Show in 2015 and bought the duplex for $10 million in 2017. His dashing three-bedroom, 3,596-square-foot duplex unfolds over the 17th and 18th floors of NYC’s Stella Tower. Art Deco architect Ralph Walker originally built the building in 1927 as the New York Telephone Building. In 2014, it was restored and converted with architecture by CetraRuddy and design work by Jarvis Studio.

A 1,000-square-foot terrace with a plunge pool, 15-foot ceilings, casement windows, arched doorways, and a marble kitchen all shine with high style, adding to the unit’s star power. It is unknown how much the two-story residence is in contract for and listing agent Nick Gavin of Compass has declined to comment on the transaction.
