Many remember the fanfare around Brooklyn Beckham and Nicola Peltz Beckham’s wedding two years ago at the bride’s family’s Palm Beach residence. The property provided a stunning backdrop for the couple’s nuptials. And, though hailing from England originally, the groom’s world-famous parents also seem to relish in the South Florida lifestyle.
Victoria and David Beckham reportedly just acquired a waterfront beauty in Miami for a hefty $72.3 million, according to The Real Deal. It was on the market for $80 million with Dora Puig of Luxe Living Realty.
This real estate play is not such a surprise as the soccer legend is the president and co-owner of Inter Miami CF. And, it’s not their only posh holding in Miami. In 2020, the couple paid $19.8 million for a full-floor, 10,000-square-foot condo in the Zaha Hadid-designed One Thousand Museum tower, as per The Real Deal.
Their new 14,270-square-foot modern on Biscayne Bay was designed by Miami-based Choeff Levy Fischman Architecture + Design and built by Bart Reines Luxury Homebuilder. “We crafted this Tropical Modern home with a sophisticated blend of materials, including Ipe wood, Perlato marble, dark bronze doors and window frames, and metal accents,” says Raphael Levy, a principal at the firm. The rich interiors are by Antrobus Design Collective.
The nine-bedroom home, with plenty of space for all the Beckhams to stop in, is the epitome of glamorous coastal living. As well as 124 feet of water frontage, the lush property is apt for indoor/outdoor family time with an outdoor kitchen, marble patio, infinity pool, and rooftop deck. It also has reflecting ponds, shimmering in the sun and beautifully mirroring the home’s ample glass.
Clearly, the next generation of Beckhams also has a thing for this vibrant city. Just months before Brooklyn and Nicola tied the knot in 2022, they listed their Beverly Hills pad for $11 million and were eyeing a part-time move to Miami.
