A seven-acre Hawaiian oasis located on the North Shore no longer belongs to Hollywood power couple Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith. The duo sold the multi-residence property in an off-the-market deal for $12 million.
Nestled on a bluff overlooking Secret Beach, the Smith’s former abode includes a main house, a carriage house, a guest house and a studio. There’s a a 50-foot-long swimming pool, an outdoor spa and a tennis court.
Will Smith has bought and sold other island properties, specifically a similar $13.5 million North Shore estate which he sold for a steep $6.5 million profit.
Roni Marley at Hawaii Life represented both sides of the sale, which was first reported by Variety.
