21E12th, a new ground-up residential project in the heart of Greenwich Village. The project is developed by William Macklowe Company, a New York-based real estate investment and development company, together with co-developer Goldman Sachs.
Selldorf Architects designed the 22 story, 52 unit building with residences ranging in size from one-four bedrooms and a select number of townhomes and penthouses.
The townhomes feature private gardens.
