Although the essential footprint of the house remained the same, the newly redefined exterior has custom-designed windows, a columned porch and gabled elements.

A Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams sectional sofa in the living room provides spacious and versatile seating. Other elements include a pair of Knoll Platner chairs and a coffee table from Bunglaow positioned on a Stark area rug. Benjamin Moore’s Elmira White allows decorative elements and artworks to stand out.

The richly molded walls of the dining room are complemented by a Selva table and chairs. A lighting fixture from RH hangs above.
The homeowners’ children have many meals at the custom-designed kitchen island, where counter chairs from Parc Monceau sport a Sunbrella fabric. Cabinets and walls wear Benjamin Moore’s Cloud White. Polished nickel lighting fixtures are from RH.
Phillip Jeffries’s Mystic Weave wall covering was used in a downstairs powder room. Its textural effects are complemented by Benjamin Moore’s Rockport Gray. A pair of Waterworks sconces frame the expansive mirror, which reflects a Dandelion chandelier from Remains Lighting.
The family room pairs wooden stools from Bungalow with a tailored Baker Hudson sofa. A Barbara Barry ottoman doubles as a surface for cocktails and for additional seating.
In the master suite, an RH bed is clad in linens from the Linen Shop; chest is from Parc Monceau; lamp is from Bungalow.
The light-filled master bathroom, painted in Benjamin Moore’s Cloud White, features Waterworks fixtures and wall sconces.
